TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHAUN NANAVATI AND ZOLTAR PREDICTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shaun Nanavati and Zoltar Predicts from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Data is sourced from third-party providers (including the Federal Reserve, Robert Shiller's dataset, and Yahoo Finance) and may contain errors or delays. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.
